To the extent that Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA) applies to Choicery, this is the single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 DSA) and for recipients of the service (Article 12 DSA).

Surveys run by customers

Surveys that customers run on the platform are the responsibility of the respective survey creator, who is named in the privacy notice that the creator provides for the survey. Choicery provides the technical platform; details are set out in the Privacy Information for Survey Participants.

Consumer dispute resolution

The provider is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
