Report unlawful or infringing content

Use this form to report content hosted through Choicery that you believe is unlawful. We review notices under our notice-and-action process (Article 16 of the Digital Services Act). The same form is the designated channel for copyright infringement notifications under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) (DMCA); our designated agent for such notifications is Paul Bengart, reachable at abuse@choicery.ai.

You can also send a notice by email to abuse@choicery.ai. We confirm receipt, review the notice, inform you of our decision with reasons, and the affected user may respond. Knowingly submitting false information in a DMCA notice can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
